ABOUT ME


I first came to yoga and meditation through online classes, as a high school student looking to support my mental health and stress levels. With a background in dance, the physical practice quickly felt deeply nourishing and opened up a new way of relating to my body. But of course, it was the indescribable spaciousness, peace and stillness that I was left with in Savasana and meditation that kept me coming back, and still does.

I went on to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Byron Yoga Centre at the very beginning of 2023. Alongside teaching regularly in studios around Melbourne and on YouTube, I have since completed 25-hour Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release Teacher Training, and 110-hour Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training.

I teach traditional yoga and meditation practices from the lens of our modern lifestyle, recognising our heightened stress levels, the constant stimulation from the online world, and the greater difficulty we face in accessing deep rest, regulation and connection. Through building a consistent and meaningful yoga and meditation practice, I believe we can remember our wholeness and return to our natural state of balance once more.
